Items will be shipped once per week to limit travelling and to ensure government restrictions are adhered to.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard/ Royal Mail 2nd Class postage unless otherwise stated.
This postage will take approximately: 2-3 Business days (uk), 4-6 Business days (Europe~), 6-8 Business days (Rest of the world).
This service is not tracked.
If you would like tracked shipping, feel free to send a message and it is possible something can be arranged.
Once items are posted, ADC/ ACS is not liable for any loss, damage or miss-delivery of any items. Please ensure the shipping address is correct upon ordering as this can NOT be changed after your order has been placed.
Fees & Taxes
Please note, orders may be subject to customs fees/ taxes upon entering the recipient country. Angelic Doll Customs is not responsible for these fees and all fees must be paid by the recipient.

I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All orders are final.
But if you have any issues or concerns with your item do not hesitate to contact me.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order as this can NOT be changed after your order has been placed.
A large majority of my items are carefully hand crafted, therefore it is not possible for orders to be amended once they are placed. I apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of some items, it is possible for there to be small defects such as airbubbles and dust. This is the natural process of handmaking an item and it cannot be avoided. If you believe you would be unhappy with this, the handmade nature of these items may not be what you are looking for!

All custom orders (e.g. Doll eyes) have a 7-14 business day making time, due to them being completely hand made. Therefore, it is possible that your order may take 14+ days to ship, especially within busy periods. Please take note of this before placing your order!
